About the film

In a quaint English town, we twist the established ‘real-estate agent’ trope as Lola takes a real liking to a prospective client. While viewing a beautiful Tudor house, they take advantage of the empty space to have some socially distanced fun (that she may just have been planning all along). She finds toys and lube in her handbag, and makes sure her client keeps his distance. With only their eyes on each other, and their hands (and toys) to themselves, they strip, tease and toy with each other, showing that distance can be hard…but in a good way!
